Inspiration:
Created after visiting a local waterfall, this piece was inspired by the lush beauty of the surrounding rainforest. The vivid colors and natural energy stayed with me, and I felt compelled to bring that experience to life on canvas.

Process:
I painted with intensity and emotion — but just as I finished, I accidentally spilled a tin of paint over the work. After the initial shock, I carefully restored the piece, and in doing so, added new layers of depth and character.

Acrylic and ink, with oil pastel embellishment.

Finished with a protective gloss varnish
